Booking and rescheduling
Book in your myPTE account up to 24 hours before your preferred test. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge more than 14 days before your test date; fees apply inside 14 days.
Results
Most results are ready within 48 hours. If your result is delayed for quality checks we email you, and you can always see live status in your myPTE account.
Accessibility
We offer extra time, extra breaks, screen magnification, coloured overlays and other arrangements. Request accessibility support at least 30 days before booking so we can confirm your setup.
